Cinnamon Rosemary Gin & Tonic

INGREDIENTS
  • Ice
  • 1 Cinnamon Stick
  • 1 slice of orange
  • 60ml Zoya gin
  • Tonic Water
METHOD
  • In the goblet add 1 cube of ice
  • Drop a Cinnamon Stick
  • Sprig of rosemary
  • Orange slice
  • Measure and pour ZOYA gin
  • Top it with tonic water
  • Stir gently

Coffee Martini

INGREDIENTS
  • Glass – Cope  or Martini 
  • Ice 
  • 60 ML ZOYA gin
  • 20 Ml cardamon syrup
  • 30 ml Espresso
  • Coffee beans for garnish
METHOD
  • Chill the Martini glass with ice 
  • Into the boston 
  • Add Espresso 
  • Cardamom Syrup 
  • Zoya Gin 
  • Fill up with ice 
  • Double shake
  • DIP TASTE and strain into the CHILLED service glass.
  • Mix it well 
  • STRAIN and garnish with Coffee beans 

Hot Gin & Tea

INGREDIENTS
  • 60 ML ZOYA gin 
  • Irish Coffee mug or any suitable glass ( remember the  drink is hot) 
  • 1 Star anise 
  • 60 Ml fluffy orange juice 
  • 20 Ml Earl grey tea syrup
  • 30 ML Warm water 
  • Garish Orange Wheel with cloves
METHOD
  • Glass mug 
  • ZOYA Gin 
  • Fluffy Orange juice
  • Earl grey tea syrup 
  • Warm water and maintain the temperature 
  • drop the star and anise 
  • Garnish – Orange Wheel with cloves
  • Drop the Star anise 
  • For burt effect burn the cloves 

Spicy Red
Gin & Tonic

INGREDIENTS
  • 60 ML ZOYA gin
  • Black salt for rimm
  • 1 pcs of red chilli ( Slit)
  • 4 sprigs of coriander
  • 1 Pcs of Lemon
  • 10 ml Lemon Juice
  • Ice
  • 120 Ml Tonic water
METHOD
  • Prepare the glass
  • Rub lemon on the glass rim 
  • Cote it black salt 
  • Drop ice cubes
  • Measure and pour Zoya Gin 
  • Lemon Juice 
  • Drop the slit red chilli 
  • Coriander & lemon slice 
  • Stir gently 
  • Add tonic water 
  • Garnish with Dried lemon slit red chilli and coriander 

Vanilla Gintini

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 Vanilla Pod
  • 60 Ml Zoya Gin
  • 10 Ml Cranberry Juice
  • Ice Cubes
  • Garnish – 1 Vanilla pod for garnish
  • Garnish – 1 edible flower
  • Martini glass
METHOD
  • In a tumbler add the vanilla pod
  • Pour the cranberry juice
  • Add the Zoya Gin
  • Muddle it slightly
  • Add 4 Ice cubes
  • Stir a few times
  • Dip & taste
  • Strain into the chilled service glass
  • Garnish with Vanilla pod and edible flower

Orange Twist
Gin & Tonic

INGREDIENTS
  • 60 ml Zoya Gin
  • 1 Cinnamon 
  • 1 Orange slice 
  • 2 star anise 
  • 1 clove 
  • 5 Ml spice syrup
  • 90 ml Tonic water 
  • 10ml orange syrup 
  • Garnish Dehydrated orange & Cinnamon Stick 
METHOD
  • In the goblet add 4 cubes of ice
  • Drop  Star anise & Clove 
  • Pour the spice syrup 
  • Measure and pour  ZOYA gin 
  • Top it with tonic water 
  • Stir gently 
  • Drop the orange slice 
  • Dip & taste 
  • Garnish with dehydrated orange & cinnamon stick
  • Burn the dried orange for a burnt flavour 
  • Top it with orange syrup at the end for that extra orange taste & colour

The Red Sour

INGREDIENTS
  • 60 ML ZOYA gin 
  • 25 ML Raspberry Puree
  • 30 ML Lemon Juice
  • 25 ML An Egg White (acuafaba optional)
  • 15 ML Sugar Syrup
METHOD
  • Into to the boston fill 
  • Zoya Gin 
  • Raspberry Puree
  • Lemon Juice 
  • Egg white
  • Sugar Syrup 
  • Fill it with  cubed ice 
  • SHAKE for 10 sec.
  • DIP TASTE and strain into the CHILLED service glass.
  • STRAIN and DRY SHAKE.
  • Garnish with rose petals

  • 10 ml Sugar syrup 
  • 20 ml Grapefruit juice 
  • 10 mlLime juice 
  • 120 ml Tonic water 
  • Garnish with Blueberry & Grapefruit 
METHOD
  • A simple and bright looking cocktail 
  • Take a tall glass 
  • drop a large cube of ice 
  • Measure the gin 
  • Sugar syrup 
  • Grapefruit juice
  • Lime juice 
  • Tonic water
  • Garnish with Blueberry & Grapefruit
